30-DAY POLICY

We would like you to make sure that you enjoy our products! We are offering you a 30-DAY, RISK FREE return and refund policy!

Conditions of 30-DAY POLICY

Refund Requests
  1. Refund requests must be requested within the 30-Day period. The 30-day period starts from the date of item receipt. 
  2. All requests must be sent to service@stancephilippines.com
  3. Returned products must be undamaged by the user, in its original packaging, or its equivalent. To complete your return, we require the original hard copy of the Sales Invoice as proof of purchase. For items deemed defective, we’d be glad to offer you a free replacement on the product part!
  4. Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 7 days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
Partial Refund
  1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and requested within the 30-day period we can put under consideration for possible partial refunds, depending on the severity of the damage on the item.
  2. For partial refund requests, please send to service@stancephilippines.com 
  3. If you are approved, then your partial refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
For Defective Item Replacements
  1. For products damaged due to our error or damaged during the delivery to your location, we would gladly replace the defective item part or item.
  2. Defects due to our own error are under our Warranty policy, meaning the period in which you can request a replacement on your defect is within the Warranty period of the product.
  3. For defect replacement requests, please send to service@stancephilippines.com
  4. After evaluation of the issue, if the item is damaged or missing parts due to our error, we will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for replacing your item. 
Exchange Requests
  1. Exchange requests are only applicable for defective or damaged items.
  2. Exchange requests must be requested within the 30-Day period. The 30-day period starts from the date of item receipt. 
  3. All requests must be sent to service@stancephilippines.com 
  4. Send your item to: 86A Matahimik St. Teacher’s Village West, QUEZON CITY, 1101, Philippines.
  5. Once the 30-day period has passed, lifetime service guarantee will apply.
Lifetime Service Guarantee 
  1. Our Lifetime Service Guarantee guarantees repair services even after the warranty period. Parts can be replaced at cost.
Shipping of Items for Refund and Exchange
  1. If the item is damaged or missing parts due to our error, we will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. 
  2. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 86A Matahimik St. Teacher’s Village West, QUEZON CITY, 1101, Philippines.
  3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
